Thixotropic one-component epoxy adhesive for surface mounting electronic components on SMD circuit boards. Dispensable and suitable for screen printing/stencil printing. It doesn't pull strings and has dimensionally stable adhesive dots. The cured adhesive has very good electrical properties and thermal resistance during soldering.
